Hey, I'm Nick — a product designer and engineer at Stanford (Class of 2026). I love building physical things end to end: the mechanical design, the hardware, the software, and the AI that ties it all together. Somni started as my Stanford capstone. Before it, I built a gesture-controlled DJ board with computer vision, an AI matchmaking app on the Claude API, and gear for longboarders and gymnasts. When I'm not in the machine shop, you'll find me on Stanford's gymnastics team.

Co-founder · Form Manufacturing, Direction & Design

Hi, I'm Alex. I design products and obsess over how to actually build them. I'm a Stanford senior in Product Design, headed to UC Berkeley next for a master's in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on robotics. My world is turning concepts into manufacturable hardware — CAD, CNC and CAM, prototyping, and design for manufacturing — with real experience producing at scale. Off the clock, I spent four years on Stanford's volleyball team and represented USA internationally, and I'm happiest making something with my hands.
